to development, is designed to help organizations achieve their own vision
of their preferred future. It is based on core
organizational development requirements which are central to the
development process.
Building Workplace
Unity: A
set of services and interventions including Conflict
Resolution, Team Building, and Workplace
Community Building focuses on establishing the dramatically higher
levels of organizational unity, cohesion, and collaboration.
Independent Tools: Surveys, Assessments
and our Executive Focus
can also be provided independently to meet targeted
needs, or combined and interwoven with other services.
Leadership
Development: Although the majority of our work focuses on
assisting individual organizations to more effectively pursue their
vision, we also establish training partnership with co-sponsoring
organizations to provide workshops from our Effective
Management Series.
