Effective Management Series

MA Logo

The foundation of any organizational development program is building a shared knowledge base among the management group.

This shared knowledge provides the basis for a consistent leadership approach and develops the collective ability to view problems, discuss options, make decisions, and take action from a common vantage point. By laying this essential foundation of leadership knowledge, Management Associates' training leads to coordinated organizational action.

Workshops from our Effective Management Series stimulate and guide managerial growth and development at all levels within an organization. These seminars have been praised by both veteran, top level executives and newly-promoted frontline supervisors for providing the motivating impulse for change and growth in a presentation approach that they find engaging and compelling.

These workshops teach the interpersonal skills essential for management success. Because they are based on objective, research-based knowledge, these workshops have been especially successful in helping technically-oriented people come to grips with human issues in the workplace.

Beyond providing training in new skills, however, Management Associates' seminars also act as a catalyst to unfreeze current thinking and challenge existing assumptions that often inhibit sustained change and improvement.

Context

Although each of the workshops in our Effective Management Series can be presented as a stand-alone seminar, we prefer, whenever possible, to present training to organizations in the context of both the direction in which the organization is going and the issues with which it may be struggling. This real time context makes the training more relevant and immediately applicable.

Investment

Management Associates' standard cost for providing training is $2500 per day plus expenses.
