Varying levels of conflict are one of the most pervasive features of modern organizational life.

Management Associates' approach to assisting organizations struggling with conflict is not to resolve the specific conflict by acting as mediators or arbitrators, but rather to provide the participants the understanding, the conviction, and the process to resolve their own conflicts. Essentially, our efforts are focused on helping people go beyond conflict to establish healthier and more collaborative on-going work relationships. We do this through 1) facilitation of the practice of conflict resolution skills in actual conflict situations, 2) individual counseling and coaching, and 3) group training.
