Workplace Community Building

Much of Management Associates' work focuses on developing and assisting leaders so that they can create increasingly successful organizations. However, it is clear that no matter how important leaders are to successful organizational functioning, they cannot do it alone. Ultimately, successful organizations must engage the whole system, capturing and aligning the energies of 100% of the people.

To stimulate this process, Management Associates has developed a half-day workshop designed to be presented to all employees within an organization. In the two decades we have been business, we are perhaps more excited about this particular contribution to organizational functioning than we have been about any other.
